The Sound of Silence

My old maths teacher used to say to me ‘Simon, you’ve got two ears and one mouth – use them in that order.’ Every day, I make sure I have some time to sit, be still, and silent. I passionately believe in the power and sound of silence, and use this tool in my public speaking (no, really).
