He floats like a butterfly and stings like a bee, I’m proud to be serving Muhammad Ali!

I am delighted to announce that I am working with the Muhammad Ali Center in Louisville, Kentucky, to help establish the Muhammad Ali Center Commission on Civility and Compassion.

The commission serves to heal civil discourse in America and around the world and is framed around a single, powerful question: how do we disagree well?

The Muhammad Ali Center Commission on Civility and Compassion includes Farah Pandith, a former US senior diplomat and Muhammad Ali Global Peace Laureate.

It’s a great honour for me to continue my work in furthering compassion in our world, through amplifying Muhammad Ali’s core values: confidence, conviction, dedication, giving, respect and spirituality.

The Muhammad Ali Center Commission on Civility and Compassion is the world’s first Commission to focus on both civility and compassion, as well as the first to wield the name, influence and example of Muhammad Ali. More about it soon!

The Muhammad Ali Center is an international cultural center and award winning museum, co-founded by Muhammad Ali and his wife Lonnie in their hometown of Louisville, Kentucky. The Ali Center, a 501(c)3 corporation, runs programming and events focused on education, racial and gender equity, and global citizenship. The Ali Center is formally associated with the United Nations Department of Global Communications, and in 2020, became one of the newest stops on the U.S. Civil Rights Trail. More here!
